Duracell myGrid Overview
Where the Duracell myGrid really shines is its ability to charge
multiple devices at one time in a central location. This is great for
families and small business that depend on mobile devices for
communications.
For example; a small business places a Duracell myGrid in a common area
where employees can recharge their devices each evening in preparation
for the next day. This can solve the problem of employees forgetting to
charge their devices.
This is also true for a family environment. Place the Duracell myGrid
in any convenient location, and each night a family member can do a
visual check to verify that all devices are being recharged for the
following day.
And of course this is all done without wires. No need for multiple
chargers with different plugs for each device. Any convenient
countertop or other flat surface with access to a single power outlet
becomes a charging station.
The myGrid charging system is the first step toward wireless
recharging, but still requires an interface between devices. Although
the interface (i.e. a power clip or power sleeve) adds a bit of bulk to
your small device, the inconvenience is well worth the added benefits.
